Hey everyone! If you check the telescope at the Beacon, you'll notice that the Protobot has vanished!
Maybe that was one of those crucial space time events where if we could have stopped him then, he wouldn't have been able to go to the future and start this whole thing. Or maybe he's simply just gone back to the future.
