Rookie at the Halloween Party

Hey everyone! Since Gary worked really hard at the Medieval party, he's taking a break and letting Rookie plan the Halloween party!

In the Club Penguin Times, Rookie says he bought a whole lot of candy called Spectral Sweets. He also mentions owls in the same paragraph.

I think that there will be different types of Spectral Sweets, and depending on which one you eat, you'll transform into a certain creature like an owl. If you have Rookie added as a friend, if you check your friends list, Rookie has a new icon.

It looks like Rookie will have a new player card and background for the party. I'm really interested to see how this party will turn out. What do you think the Halloween party will feature?
