"Rookies Fall Fair Giveaway" missing

Hey everyone! Well, I was looking throught a list of all the Club Penguin items that someone give me the link to. It's actually pretty useful and it's how I find new unreleased items. Anyway, I was checking all the item categories for new items, and I found this!

If you can't read it, it doesn't say much that I understand except that it's id is 9166, it doesn't cost anything and its name is Rookie's Fall Fair Giveaway. Now, to find the .swf of backgrounds, you put in this address: http://media1.clubpenguin.com/play/v2/content/global/clothing/photos/" ".swf and in the " " you put 9166. Try it. This is the link anyway. http://media1.clubpenguin.com/play/v2/content/global/clothing/photos/9166.swf Now you'll probably think that this link is wrong, but it isn't. There is no Rookie's Fall Fair Giveaway. There's a couple of explanations. Either Club Penguin didn't have enough time to make a background, they might have made one and didn't like it or made it but decided not to make it Rookie's giveaway. Whatever the case, I would've like to see it if they did make it.
