The Field op is located at the Recycle plant.
It's one of those field ops where you have to guide the computer chip into all the power points.
I'm not very good at this one, but I beat it eventually.
You get this message from Rookie when you finish it.
I wonder how the Recycling plant has to do with the upcoming party?
