There is two hidden items. There both actually two items in one box. The fist item is the blue and pink snorkel. You can get it by clicking on the treetop closest to the girl penguin.
I can't circle it because the tree is behind the pic.
The second hidden items are the blue and pink flippers. You can get them by clicking on the right foot of what you would look like in the girl penguins outfit.
