Hey everyone! Club Penguin Russia has been out for a while, and now it's being officially celebrated!
If you visit the Ice Rink, there's a Russian celebration going on! You can also pick up a Welcome Hat from the free item box. (Yay!) I think it's awesome that Club Penguin Russia is being given a warm welcome!
