My Penguin

Hey everyone! My Penguin is out on the app store!

At the moment, My Penguin is only for iPad, but Club Penguin says they're working as fast as they can to get it on other devices. But I have to say, this app is amazing!!!

You can save four penguins to an iPad, but you can delete penguins from the app if you want to.

Lets check out the main screen.

Your penguin is featured, along with tabs for Club Penguin games, videos, the What's New Blog, iPad store, friend list and your inventory. There are only four games at the moment: Pufflescape.

You press the two arrows down the bottom to move the Puffle, and move the objects like bridges with your fingers.

In Puffle Rescue, you swipe the screen in the direction you want your penguin to move in. The squid level will probably be released soon.

Puffle Roundup is played by using your finger like the mouse in the computer version, moving it towards the Puffle in the opposite direction to where you want the Puffle to move in.

And finally, you use your finger to move the line in Ice Fishing, and you tap the screen when the fish is in the ice hole to collect it. There's one more game that's still being made, but it'll probably come out soon. You can access the Club Penguin blog and videos from here as well.

There's a clothing catalog that has items from the clothing catalog on Club Penguin.

And heaps of exclusive items for iPad.

You can access your friend list on the app, and add penguins as well.

You can also throw a snowball at someone.

But when they get it, they can throw one back at you.

And finally, you can change your look by tapping the Me tab.

If you tap your Penguin, it'll make a random emote. Now, lets look at the sushi. You get one sushi when you first open the app, and you can get three others by looking at the video, blog and throwing a snowball at someone. If you visit the blog every time there's a new post, you get a sushi. I'm assuming it's the same with videos. You use the sushi for the game Sushi Drop. Tap on the sushi platter if you have any to play it.

To start, tap on the sushi platter and tap on the place where you want to drop your sushi.

It will fall down to the bottom. If it hits a fish, the fish swims off and it leaves a coin the you can try and get.

You can move your sushi by pressing the screen. When you do that, bubbles appear and float up where you pressed.

Your sushi will fall to the bottom, and land in a clams mouth. The first two clams give you 150 coins. The second and third two clams give you 200 coins. And the big middle clam give you 500 coins, also with a chance to earn an item.

Once your sushi's run out, you can't play until you get more. And that is it for My Penguin! I'm sure there'll be more updates for it in the future, and I'll post them on here when they happen.
