There are three hidden items. The first item is the White Feather Boa, which you can get by clicking on the boy penguin's teeth.
The second item is the Brown Shoes. You can get it by clicking on the Beak of the girl penguin's playercard pic.
The third item is the Silver Star Necklace, which you can get by click on the very right tree's top.
