Operation Puffle 2013 Guide

Hey everyone! Puffles everywhere are being controlled by Herbert to dig up coins and bring them back to him in his secret lair! But the EPF is here to help, with Operation Puffle!

When you first log in, a message from The Director will appear.

Hmm... It looks like every Puffle except the Rainbow and Gold Puffles are being controlled. But what could that last locked one be? I guess we'll have to wait.

Night has fallen on Club Penguin. I guess this is the perfect time for the EPF to launch their operation. So, head to the Ski Village and waddle to that archway to begin.

This is the place that links the Ski Village to the EPF's HQ in the wilderness. If you click on the EPF folder in the bottom right of your screen, you can buy some EPF exploration gear.

There are actually some hidden items in this catalog. The first hidden item is the Klutzy Disguise. You can get it by clicking on the Penguin Brain Box.

The second hidden item is the Herbert Disguise, and you can get it by clicking on the G-Tech Glasses.

And the last hidden item is the Sleek Shades, which you can get by clicking on the headstand of The Mysterious.

Now, let's rescue some Puffles! First, click on the Operation Puffle icon on the top left of your screen.

The first Puffles we'll be rescuing is the Blue Puffles. And they're located at the EPF Rescue HQ, which is where we are right now! To start, click on the hole with the Blue Puffle bouncing in and out of it.

If you're a member, you can bring your Gold Puffle along, and it'll collect gold items for you! Now, let's save those Puffles!

This mini-game is very simple. Your penguin is trying to catch up with five controlled Blue Puffles.

To start the game, press the down arrow key. When you get to the top of a hill, hold down the down arrow key to slide down the hill.

You can collect coins by running through them.

And if you've brought your Gold Puffle with you, it can either collect coins or special gold item by running through the treasure chests.

The bar on the top right of your screen shows how close to each Puffle you are and how many chips you've collected. The aim of this mini-game is to catch up to each Blue Puffle and capture it.

If a Puffle reaches the end, you won't be able to capture it. If all five reach the end, then it's game over!

My tip for this game is to time your slides. If you try sliding up a hill, it'll only slow you down.

You may not be able to save all five Puffles in one go, so keep trying until you do save all five.

Once you do, you can get the free Head Lamp item!

You can also collect the gold item your Gold Puffle has found for you. I think you get one gold item per game, so keep playing until you get all of them!

The Red and Black Puffle missions are also available. To get to the Red Puffle mission, just click on the Operation Puffle icon and click "Go There" on the Red Puffle mission.

To play, just click on the Red Puffle.

This mission is exactly the same as the Blue Puffle mission, except you're chasing Red Puffles. Once you've collected all five chips, you can get the Hydro-Tester 3000 and the Rescue Off-Roader. These items are member only though.

And to get to the Black Puffle mission, click on the Operation Puffle icon and click "Go There" on the Black Puffle mission.

To start, click on the Black Puffle.

Once you've collected all five chips for the Black Puffles, you get the Rope item.
