New pin and field op

Hey everyone! The Halloween party has finished, and Gariwald VIII has left us a present. It's a Gariwald Family Crest pin! It's at the Recycling Plant.

The field op is at EPF HQ.

It's a match the symbol mission.

When you beat it, you get this message from G.

I think we all know who that was. Herbert was probably looking at G's blueprint for his machine that blocks out the sun. Maybe Herbert's already built one by now?
