For those who don't know, this is the spyphone the PSA used. But the normal EPF spyphone should be there. When you click on the spyphone, this comes up.
This was the message all former PSA agents got when Herbert destroyed the Sports Shop and PSA HQ with the popcorn bomb. Basically, everyone now has to become an EPF agent again. So I took the test to see what's up with the EPF.
It says I'm a new recruit in the top right corner. When I passed the test and entered the elevator, this appeared.
The "You already have this item" message is for the EPF spyphone. Even though the EPF spyphone is gone before you take the test again, it stays in your inventory in the awards section. When you click "okay" this message is behind it.
This is the message you get when you join the EPF. If you check your spy gear, it's still all there and if you got the code for Flare, you can still call him. Since Club Penguin has updated, there should be a new field op. But when you check, this comes up.
It's the sneak peek that Polo Field tweeted! But this times it's for real! G has been kidnapped by Herbert! Now I'm not sure if having to retake the EPF test is a bug or a test to see if you're prepared for the upcoming challenge. But whatever the case, we have to be ready.
New Development! My brother went on his penguin about 15 minutes after this post and he had his EPF spyphone. Even though getting the old PSA spyphone was a bug, I'm glad I got to see it again.
