clubherbert.com hidden EPF message

Hey everyone! It's official  the EPF now know about clubherbert.com and maybe they'll give Jet Pack Guy and the Director some extra protection. In this weeks newspaper, if you click on the words Extremely Perplexing Features on the second 'Ask Aunt Arctic" column on the second page of the newspaper, this
coded message comes up.

If you have the Special Agent Handbook, the Club Penguin DS games or just know the code really well from the missions, you can decipher this code easily. If you don't know this code well, here's a guide.

The message says" Agents loot into this clubherbert com. There isn't a symbol for a full stop in the code, but there's a full stop in between clubherbert and com. Hopefully Jet Pack Guy and the Director are safe now.
