Herbert as a mascot?

Hey everyone! You know when you type up Herbert P Bear on the friend list and it says "This person doesn't like penguins as friends. Try searching up someone else?" Well, now it says you can't find this person.

I can think of only one reason: Club Penguin are changing Herbert's profile to a mascot profile. It would make sense for Herbert to be a mascot at Operation Blackout. I'll investigate this further. But for now...
