Medieval Party Guide 2013

Hey everyone! Get your swords, shields and potions out because the Medieval party has started!

You'll find yourself in Gary's wizards tower!

Click on Gary and he'll give you a copy of the spell book Rockhopper gave him.

But before we get into any spell making, let's take a look around medieval Club Penguin!

Club Penguin has been transformed into a medieval island with a fairy forest.

Dragon's lair.

And even a ogre village!

There's a medieval catalog in the bottom right of your screen with heaps of cool medieval gear.

And three new medieval emotes: A ogre face, sword and shield and a wizards staff.

Unfortunately, there are no Ye Old Knight's Quests this year. Now, let's get into potion making! To get started, click the spell book on the top right of your screen.

This is a map of Club Penguin. It shows the locations of all five ingredients you'll need to collect to make every potion. If you flip to the back of the book, it'll show you a picture of Garianna and a riddle.

But what is the secret ingredient? Oh well, never mind. So, back to spell making. If you click on each place with a picture of the ingredient on it in the book, it'll take you there. The magic berry can be found at the Dock.

The fairy dust can be found at the Snow Forts.

The ogre snot can be found at the Plaza.

The lucky horse shoe can be found at the Stadium.

And the dragon scale can be found at the Forest.

To collect each item, simply click on it. Each item will check off on your list as you collect them.

Once you have collect all five items, you can starts mixing potions!

The first potion you can mix is the Potion of White Puffle Unicorn. To get started, click the Create Potion button.

A mini-game will starts. It's very simple to play. Up the top is a list of the ingredients you need to make the potion. The ingredient you need to add is highlighted. Different ingredients will bounce across from the left hand side of your screen. To add a ingredient, use the tray to bounce the ingredient you need into the cauldron on the right hand side of your screen. You ingredients will check off when you add them.

But beware! If you just one wrong ingredient, your potion will explode...

...and you'll turn into a Puffle Chicken!!!

If you dance or wave as a Puffle Chicken, you just bob up and down.

To transform back into a penguin, just click the Reverse the Spell button on your player card. Once you get all the ingredients in the right order, you create the potion!

The potion will appear in your spell book.

Every time you make a potion, you can get five used out of it. Once you use up all five uses, you have to make the potion again. At the moment, you can make the White Puffle Unicorn potion.

The Ogre Size Potion which makes you bigger.

And the Green Puffle Dragon potion that turns you into a Green Puffle Dragon.

You also have the ability to mix potion effects as well. For example, you can use the potion of ogre size while you're already a White Unicorn Puffle to create a ogre sized White Unicorn Puffle.

A new potion is available each day, so stay tuned for those. And with that, that is the guide to this year's Medieval party! I think it's really, really cool although I do miss the knights quests. What do you think of this year's Medieval party?
Waddle on!
